We advise that the gearbox MUST be drained of oil and that you repackage the gearbox securely in the packaging that it was sent in otherwise the courier will not accept collection. This ensures that you fully understand the terms and conditions and that you will receive the item on time. Due to this item being sent via courier, there are certain areas within the UK that fall under surcharge such as Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands etc.

If an item has been damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of you signing for the goods (Must be signed for UNCHECKED).
